New Students (Basic Education Schools)

STEP PROCESS ONLINE IN PERSON
1
Admission

1. On your PC, laptop, or mobile phone, open your web browser then go to https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph/user-login 

2. Click the link New Students Enrollment Registration Link

3. Select the Department you wish to  FCS – Kinder, Grade School Junior High School and FAITH Catholic School Senior High School (ABM, HUMSS and STEM) Fidelis Senior High School (ABM, HUMSS, STEM, TVL-HE, TVL-ICT, ARTSDES, SPORTS)

4. Fill-up the application  Please ensure that all the information is complete and correct. The contact information will be used to complete the enrollment process.

Proceed to the respective Admission Offices.

Submission of Requirements

Submit entrance credentials personally to the school or via courier.

Submit entrance credential at the Registrars Window Inside the Community Center

Permit to Enroll and Astra Account Set-up

Proceed to https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph/permit-to-enroll  page and enter the Student Number provided in the email.

Once your Permit to Enroll has been verified. you will again receive an email with your username and default password to login at https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph/ site

Fill-out the Permit to Enroll Form.

Assessment of Fees

1. Click on the Procedure to enroll link to view how to proceed with the enrollment. 

2. Click Intent to Enroll on your dashboard.

3. Click on the image of the student you want to enroll.

4. Verify the information of the student then click the Create Registration button. Click the message link to report any error regarding the information of your child (IF APPLICABLE).

5. Clicking the Create Registration button for the first time will ask you to provide an email address and your contact  This will help us to easily reach you in case an error arises.

6. Please select Mode of Payment. You can toggle between different payment modes to see the difference in the computation of the fees.

7. At the bottom of the page click on the Save Assessment button. Clicking Save Assessment automatically sends the assessment of fees to the Finance Office for verification.

8. You can see the STATUS of your assessment on the top of the assessment page once successfully saved.

9. You can check the status of your child’s enrollment in the dashboard by clicking the Intent to Enroll Link.

Proceed at the Enrollment Room - Community Center for the printing of your assessment.

Verification of Fees

You will receive an email once your assessment has been verified. Go to Dashboard, Click intent to enroll to continue the process. Click the image to redirect you to the verified Assessment Page

Have your assessment of fees verified. Proceed to FCS and Fidelis verification counter at the community Center

Uniform Measurement and Placement of Orders

Have your uniform measurement and placement of order done once you are available to go to school.

Proceed to Bookstore to place your orders (Uniform Measurement, School Supplies)

Payment of Fees / Uploading of Transaction Slip to the Dashboard

1. You will find the FAITH Bank Account details / Payment gateways on the left of the verified assessment form.

2. Click the Upload Bank Deposit Transaction Slip button. A new window should pop up.

3. Enter information in the required fields: Bank Deposit Reference Number and Deposited Total Amount. Upload a screenshot / picture / scanned image of your bank deposit slip. You may send us a message (optional) before clicking the Send Deposit Slip button to send and save.

The system will start processing your payment once the uploaded bank transaction slip has been verified. If payment has been processed, your Enrollment progress will show 100%. This means that your enrollment is successful.

Pay your tuition and other fees at the FAITH business office / cashier or accredited payment centers.

Certificate of Matriculation (COM) Printing

1. To view the copy of your Certificate of Matriculation, just go to the dashboard and click on the orange COM Box.

2. Select the student and click on the view button.

Proceed to the Registrar Office Windows 3 and 4 for the Printing of your Certificate of Matriculation.

ID Information Update / ID Capturing and Printing

1. Proceed to your dashboard to process your ID. Click Update ID Card.

2. Upload the ID Picture and signature following the requirements. The file type must be in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.

3. You may proceed to NSC Room 111 to pick up your ID

Proceed to NSC Room 111 for ID Capture and Printing. Please bring your own uniform.

Proceed to https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph/permit-to-enroll page and enter the Student Number provided in the email. Once your Permit to Enroll has been verified, you will again receive an email with your username and default password to log in at https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph

On your PC, laptop, or mobile phone, open your web browser then go to https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph. Enter your ASTRA username and password then click the Sign In button. Finance to verify the fees.

Fill-out the Permit to Enroll Form

Step 4: Assessment of Fees

Online

1. Click on the Procedure to enroll link to view how to proceed with the enrollment. 

2. Click Intent to Enroll on your dashboard.

3. Click on the image of the student you want to enroll.

Step 9: ID Information Update / Id Capturing and Printing

1. Proceed to your dashboard to process your ID. Click Update ID Card.

2. Upload the ID Picture and signature following the requirements. The file type must be in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.

3. You may proceed to NSC Room 111 to pick up your ID

In Person

Proceed to NSC Room for ID Capture and Printing.  Bring your own uniform
