STEP PROCESS ONLINE IN PERSON

Admission

Fill-out the application form from the admission and Testing Center located at the Citywalk Center.

Submit entrance credentials personally to the school

Processing

ATC will email the verified assessment, Grant Disclosure Form to

scholars and grantees and the SNPL Form (if Applicable) to the

student.

 

For SNPL, grantees to submit the following (Original Documents):

 

1. Scanned copy of Student ID with 3 Specimen Signatures.

2. Scanned copy of Parent/Guardian with 3 Specimen Signatures.

3. Filled up FAITH SNPL form from ATC.

 

SNPL Applications will only be processed by the Accounting Office once complete documents are submitted.

Students to fill out the Grant Disclosure form.

 

For SNPL, grantees to submit the following (Original

Documents):

 

1. Scanned copy of Student ID with 3 Specimen Signatures.

2. Scanned copy of Parent/Guardian with 3 Specimen

Signatures.

3. Filled up FAITH SNPL form from ATC.

 

SNPL Applications will only be processed by the Accounting Office once complete documents are submitted.

Uniform Measurement and Placement of Orders

Have your uniform measurement and placement of order done once you are available to go to school.

Payment of Fees

You may choose from any of the available payment gateways.

/ cashier Windows 1 and 3 or to any accredited payment centers.

Printing of

Statement of Account (SOA)

Finance will prepare your Statement of Account.

You will receive the scanned copies of your COM and SOA in the email address you have provided.

Get your SOA at the Business Officer/Cashier Window 2

Printing of

Certificate of Matriculation

(COM)

Registrar will print your COM and email you the copy of your COM.

Proceed to the Registrar Office Window 1 for the Printing of your (COM)

ID Capturing and Printing

Upload ID picture and signature in the student portal.

Proceed to NSC Room 111 for ID Capture and Printing. Please bring your own uniform.

Note: Online enrollees may claim their ID and hard copies of COM at the Registrar’s Office 

and their Official Receipts and SOA at the Business Office/Cashier.

  • Fill out the application form. Please ensure that all the information is complete and correct. The contact information will be used to complete the enrollment process.

 

  • You will receive an email informing you that you need to submit soft copies of your credentials to atc@firstasia.edu.ph for initial verification.

 

  • You will receive another email to inform you that your application has been verified and that you may proceed to submission of entrance credentials via courier if you opt to continue your online enrollment application, otherwise you may submit it personally at FAITH and continue enrollment application via in-person.

 

RESERVED STUDENTS:

  • Proceed to Step 2: Submission of
    Requirements

  • Once we receive your credentials and your enrollment application has been verified, you will receive an email informing you that your AstraCollege account has been created, together with your username and default password to login.

 

 

Proceed to the Registrar’s Window inside the Community Center. Submit your entrance credentials.

Assessment of Fees
 
  • Click "Intent to Enroll" on AstraCollege dashboard
  •  
  • Select your mode of payment. You can toggle between different payment modes to see the fee differences. Select "Regular" mode for JR, AM, EA, Afreight, Diwa, Spouses Belen, Spouses Leonilo, Amada Gomez, Francisco Esteban, STSP, and EBA.
  •  
  • At the bottom of the page, click "Save Assessment."
  •  
  • For scholars and students with TAG, a grant disclosure will pop up. Electronically submit the grant disclosure by checking the box labeled "I have read and accept the grant disclosure agreement" and click "Continue."
  •  
  • The registrar will validate the courses enrolled online.
  •  
  • You can check the STATUS of your assessment in the AstraCollege Dashboard.

Verification of Fees

  • The Finance department will verify the fees.

Printing of

Certificate of Matriculation

(COM)

  • To view a copy of your Certificate of Matriculation (COM), go to the dashboard and click "COM Printing".

 

  • To request an original copy of the COM with an "ENROLLED" stamp, proceed to the Registrar’s Office, Windows 1 or 2.

ID Capturing and Printing

  • To process your ID, go to your dashboard and click "Update ID"

 

  • Upload the ID picture and signature following the requirements. The file type must be JPG, JPEG, or PNG.

 

  • You will receive an email informing you that you may claim your printed ID.

 

  • Claim your ID at the Registrar’s Office, Windows 1 or 2.

Proceed to NuSpace Center Room 111 for your ID capture and printing.

CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a full-fledged BRAVEHEART!
