Old Students Enrollment Procedure

Step 1. Intent to Enroll

To enroll online, follow these steps:

 

  1. On your PC or laptop, log in to your portal using this link. https://astracollege.firstasia.edu.ph/auth/login
  2. Click “Intent to Enroll” on your dashboard.
  3. Select your mode of payment. You can toggle between different payment modes to see the fee differences. Select “Regular” mode for JR, AM, EA, Afreight, Diwa, Spouses Belen, Spouses Leonilo, Amada Gomez, Francisco Esteban, STSP, and EBA.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click “Save Assessment.”
  5. For scholars and students with TAG, a grant disclosure will pop up. Electronically submit the grant disclosure by checking the box labeled “I have read and accept the grant disclosure agreement” and click “Continue.”

 

The registrar will validate the courses enrolled online.

 

NOTE : Only regular student with complete grades will be allowed to use the portal for online enrollment.

Step 2. Grades Validation

The ATC will tag the scholarship type once grades are validated. This applies only to students with scholarships and tuition assistance grantees (TAG).

Step 3. Verification of Fees

  • The Finance department will verify the fees.
  • You will receive an email once your assessment has been verified and you may proceed with the online payment of fees.

Step 4.Uniforms and School Supplies Placement of Orders (IF APPLICABLE)

Have your uniforms and school supplies placement of order done once you are available to got to school.

 

Proceed to Bookstore. Get a que number.

 

Have your uniform measured and place your order when you are available to go to school.

Step 5. Payment of Fees

 
Note: For those who paid the fee online claim your official receipts at the Business Office/Cashier when you are available to go to school.

 

  • Claim your official receipts at the Business Office/Cashier when you are available to go to school.

Step 6. Printing of Certificate of Matriculation (COM)

  • To view a copy of your Certificate of Matriculation (COM), just go to the dashboard and click on the orange COM box.
  • Select the student and click on the view button.
  • To view a copy of your Certificate of Matriculation (COM), just go to the dashboard and click “COM Printing.”
  • To request an original copy of the COM with an “ENROLLED” stamp, proceed to the Registrar’s Office, Windows 1 or 2.

Step 7. ID Validation

Bring your ID to the Office of the Registrar validation.

  • To process your ID, go to your dashboard and click “Update ID Card.”
  • Upload the ID picture and signature following the requirements. The file type must be JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
  • You will receive an email informing you that you may claim your printed ID.
  • Claim your ID at the Registrar’s Office, Windows 1 or 2.

NOTE: Online enrollees may claim their school ID and hard copies of COM at the Registrar’s Office and their Official Receipts at the Business Office/Cashier

Step 1. Intent to Enroll

Make sure you are cleared in all departments and have complete grades before proceeding to the Registrar Counter at the Community Center.

Regular Students:

  • Proceed to the Assessment and Report Card Printing Counter in the Enrollment Room for printing your grades and assessment.

Transferees and Irregular Students:

  • Proceed to the Enrollment Room for printing your grades and Pre-Enrollment Form (PEF). You can also download the PEF using this link.

  • Fill out the PEF form and have it signed and approved by your chair/dean. Once approved, return to the Registrar Counter for your assessment.

Step 2. Grades Validation

  • Submit the original and a copy of your grades to the ATC Window for validation.
  • ATC will issue the grant disclosure.

Step 3. Verification of Fees

  • Submit the Scholarship/Grant Disclosure form.
  • The Finance department will verify the fees.

Step 4. Uniforms and School Supplies Placement of Orders

Proceed to the bookstore. Get a que number.

Proceed to the following rooms below. Get a que number.

 

NSC Room 108 (Placement of Orders and Payment)

 

NSC Room 110 (Releasing of Orders)

Step 5. Payment of Fees

Pay your tuition and other fees at the FAITH Business Office/Cashier Windows 1 and 3 or at any accredited payment centers.

Step 6. Printing of Certificate of Matriculation (COM)

Proceed to the Registrar Office Window 1 and 2 for the Printing of your Certificate of Matriculation (COM).

Get your que number outside the Office of the Registrar and wait for your number to be called.

Step 7. ID Validation

Bring your ID to the Office of the Registrar validation.

Proceed to NSC Room 111 for ID Capture and Printing.

Get a que number and ID application form outside NSC Room 111.

Wait for your number to be called.
