First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH), Tanauan City , Batangas invites schools in Calabarzon to witness and participate in the activities it has prepared in celebration of the 42nd ASEAN Founding Anniversary with the theme Green ASEAN.
The FAITH Unified School will be holding poem writing, essay, art competitions, doll and diorama-making on August 3 to 5. The High School department also organized “Chat @ Asia” where students of FAITH will be chatting with students from schools in the other ASEAN countries to talk about the issues facing ASEAN and the youth. The chats will be supervised and facilitated by the faculty.
For its partner schools, FAITH will be holding the annual ASEAN e-Quiz being participated in by high schools from all over Batangas. The e-Quiz is a high tech quiz competition where students are required to answer questions about ASEAN and its member countries using the computer to lock in their answers. For the elementary schools, FAITH will be holding the ASEAN Group Art contest where young artists from different elementary schools are asked to make a drawing or painting based on the ASEAN celebration’s theme.
This year, FAITH also invites all students and faculty from other schools to view its ASEAN Currency Exhibit.
