First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities hosted the DepEd Chess Teachers Training recently for educators from Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, CAR, NCR and Region V. Faith Unified School PE teachers also attended the said seminar. The seminar was presided by Newell Magas (DepEd’s Special Projects and Program Division), Limneo Cordero (DepEd consultant for TFSS). GM Bong VIIlamayor (NCA training director), IA Bob Bautista and Ricky Navalta (NCFP coordinator and FIDE arbiter).
